Vineyard
Old vines over 30 years old.
Vintage
Grapes selected and harvested by hand, transported in boxes of 15 kilos to the winery.
Elaboration
Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20/25 days at 26-28ºC. A soft pressing is made, although only the part of the bled wine is used, the rest is destined to other coupages. Subsequent malolactic fermentation of about 30 days in stainless steel. Finally, part of the wine rests in French oak barrels for approximately 4 months.
Aging
4 months in French Oak Barrels.
Tasting Notes
Red wine from D.O. Terra Alta (Tarragona), with a very intense red-violet color, aroma with notes of red and black fruit and spicy touches. In the mouth it is a very fresh, complex and smooth wine with a long journey.

Grapes selected and harvested by hand, transported in boxes of 15 kilos to the winery.
Elaboration
Fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at 16ºC.
Aging
Aging on lees for approximately 1-2 months.
Tasting Notes
White wine from DO Terra Alta (Tarragona). Straw yellow, clean and bright. On the nose white fruit, floral and citrus notes in balance. In the mouth it is an elegant, smooth and volume wine.
Very sweet and fresh.
