In Priorat we find this jewel, a red wine with 30% red Grenache, 25% Carignan, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot, grapes from 14 plots of organic vineyards selected by hand. Clos Galena, thanks to its alma mater Miguel Pérez and Merche Dalmau, cultivates vines that belonged to the Carthusian monks of Scala Dei in the Middle Ages to make unique wines from organic vineyards with great personality. This wine Clos Galena 2021 (30,10 euros) is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels and its beautiful label is the work of the designer, painter and lithographer Didier Lourenço, born in Premiá de Mar (Barcelona).
