Secrets of the Black Sea
Elaboration: Old vines over 30 years old. Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20-25 days at 26-28ºC. A soft pressing is made, although only the part of the wine that bleeds is used, the rest is used for other coupages. Subsequent malolactic fermentation lasting about 30 days in stainless steel. Finally, part of the wine rests in French oak barrels for approximately 4 months.
Aging: 4 months in French oak barrels.
Secrets of Mar Blanc
Elaboration: Old vines, over 30 years old. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at 16ºC.
Aging: 1 or 2 months aging on lees.
Secrets de Mar
Tasting Note: Red wine from the DO Terra Alta (Tarragona), with a very intense red-violet color, aroma with notes of red and black fruit and spicy touches. On the palate it appears as a very fresh, complex and smooth wine with a long journey.
Pairing: To accompany cheeses, white and red meats, stews or meat stews.
Secrets of Mar Blanc
Tasting Notes: White wine from DO Terra Alta (Tarragona). Straw yellow, clean and bright. On the nose aromas of white fruit, floral and citrus notes in balance. On the palate it appears as an elegant wine, smooth and with volume, very sweet and fresh.
Pairing: To accompany pasta, rice, fish, etc.
