Moments del Montsant is a medium aging red wine, made with grapes from a wide variety of farms of different mineral composition.
Tasting Notes: Medium layer wine, with an intense and bright color. On the nose it has a good balance between vanilla tones and ripe fruit with notes of liquorice and spices. In the mouth, the notes of red fruits stand out and its silky character is appreciated, the smoothness of its tannins, it is a wine without harshness and very easy to drink.
Pairing: Rice and pasta, poultry, white meats, red meats, game, sausages, cold cuts, meat stews, eggs, pâtés, foie, blue fish, cured cheeses, vegetables and greens.
