From slate earth, from the plain of Siurana comes CROSSOS, this spectacular wine that with the strength of the terroir that gives it life, is completed with a good aging in oak barrels.
Elaboration:
Our conventional wines are made from grapes from the entire region, selected from the best vine growers in the D.O.Q. Priorat.

Fermentation and maceration take place separately, in stainless steel tanks.
Subsequently, a gentle pressing is carried out, in our vertical press, before going back to the tank, where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
The blend of the different varieties is made before the wine is transferred to the barrels.
Aging: 6 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Crossos is a high intensity cherry red wine. Very frank aroma where balsamic and red and black fruits stand out, all accompanied by some notes of thyme, orange peel and spices. On the palate it is intense and fatty, very balanced, where the fruit and freshness are pleasantly expressed.
Pairing: Rice and pasta, poultry, white meats, red meats, game, sausages, cold cuts, meat stews, eggs, pâtés, foie, blue fish, cured cheeses, vegetables and greens.
