From the slatey soil of the Siurana valley comes CROSSOS, this spectacular wine which, with the strength of the terroir that gives it life, is completed with a good ageing in oak barrels.
Elaboration:
Made from grapes from all over the region, selected from the best winegrowers of the D.O.Q. Priorat.

Fermentation and maceration take place separately, in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, a gentle pressing is carried out in our vertical press, before being returned to the tank, where malolactic fermentation takes place.
The coupage of the different varieties is carried out before the wine is transferred to barrels.

Ageing: 6 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels.
Crossos is a cherry red wine of high intensity. Very frank aroma where balsamic and red and black fruits stand out, all accompanied by notes of thyme, orange peel and spices. In the mouth it is intense and oily, very balanced, where the fruit and freshness are pleasantly expressed.

Pairing: Rice and pasta dishes, poultry, white meats, red meats, game, sausages, cold meats, meat stews, eggs, pâtés, foie, blue fish, cured cheeses, vegetables and greens.
