The article ‘El vi com a inversió’ in La Mañana highlights how high quality wines are becoming an attractive investment option. Merche Dalmau, owner of the Clos Galena winery in El Molar, Priorat, points out that her winery has bottled more than a thousand numbered and signed bottles to commemorate its 25th anniversary, aimed at collectors and investors. The growing trend of investing in quality wines is due to their stability and low risk in times of financial uncertainty. Clos Galena gained international recognition when its Formiga de Vellut wine was selected for the Nobel Prize dinner in 2017. Furthermore, in 2024, Decanter publication named Clos Galena as one of the best wineries in Spain for the fourth consecutive year.
