Clos Galena consolidates its 25th anniversary with a unique wine pairing at Can Bosch in Cambrils

Clos Galena, the Priorat winery founded by Miguel Pérez and currently run by his wife Merche Dalmau, celebrated its 25th anniversary with a special event at the Can Bosch restaurant in Cambrils. During the celebration, wines from the 2012, 2013 and 2019 vintages were paired with a menu designed by chef Arnau Bosch. Dalmau expressed her satisfaction with the road she has travelled, highlighting her transition from the pharmaceutical sector to leading the winery after the death of her husband. To commemorate the occasion, Clos Galena launched ‘25 anys d'un somni’, a limited edition of 1,398 bottles signed by Dalmau, made from old Carignan, red Grenache, Syrah and a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery maintains its commitment to organic production and collaborates with charitable initiatives in the community.
